Work starts on stairs for 64 Knightsbridge

Spiral UK have started work on an amazing office staircase for commercial property developers Ocubis in the centre of London.

The project on behalf of Pavilion, who own a number of luxury serviced offices in the city, is for a helical staircase in a mock Georgian style with timber treads and risers, feature balustrade and timber handrails.

The office fit out stairs are part of a refurbishment project at 64 Knightsbridge, formerly the Danish Club, an exclusive workplace with meeting spaces and luxury private office suites for Members of the Pavilion business members club.

The feature balustrade will have a hand painted black finish with beautiful bronze elements and a timber handrail.

These images show the initial renders for the commercial staircase which will serve 3 floors in two separate flights. The design really suits the exclusive luxury interior design of the site and we can’t wait to start making it.
