Ballydrain Road
The simplicity of a spiral meets clean minimalist precision.
This project showcases the architectural elegance of a helical staircase in which a double-flight staircase serves as the definitive centrepiece of the home. The design transforms a functional necessity into a sculptural focal point with the sweeping curves of the steel structure offer a grand yet sophisticated transition between floors.

By replacing traditional solid barriers with structural glass balustrades on both the inside and outside, the design invites natural light to flow freely through the core of the building. This sense of transparency extends to the gallery levels, ensuring that sightlines remain open and the interior feels spacious and connected. The result is a sculptural feature that balances bold geometry with a light, airy aesthetic, perfectly capturing the essence of modern, minimalist living.
