Fabricator / Welder

An opportunity for an experienced Fabricator / Welder to join our team

We are looking for a full-time, permanent fabricator / welder with MIG and/or TIG welding experience to help work on a large portfolio of projects.

The Job:

Workshop based in Helston, Cornwall, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, you will be working as part of a team in the fabricating and welding of a variety of structures, working from CAD & Solidworks drawings.

Working predominantly with steel you will be required to fabricate and weld components (between 3mm and 20mm) in down hand, vertical or overhead positions, remove rough spots using a portable grinder, hand file or chisel and cut workpieces using powered saws or portable grinders.

You must be able to work to high standards and tight timescales, using own initiative both individually and as part of a team.

Overtime as required with enhanced overtime rates.

Pay: From £13.80 per hour
