Fabricator/Welder vacancy
Are you a fabricator / welder who is looking for the opportunity to show off your skills?
Due to the continual growth of the company, we are looking for a full-time, permanent fabricator/welder with either MIG and/or TIG welding experience to help work on a large portfolio of projects at our manufacturing site in Helston, Cornwall.
Workshop based, Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm, you will be working as part of a team in the fabricating and welding of a variety of structures, working from CAD & Solidworks drawings.
Working predominantly with steel you will be required to fabricate and weld components (between 3mm and 20mm) in down hand, vertical, or overhead positions, remove rough spots using a portable grinder, hand file or chisel and cut workpieces using powered saws or portable grinders.
You must be able to work to tight timescales, using own initiative both individually and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established, award winning and expanding company.
Salary: £13 to £15 per hour depending on experience
Overtime as required at enhanced overtime rates.
